At NBP Public School, we strive to provide transparency and clarity regarding our fee collection and refund processes. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made online through our official website (www.nbpschool.in) or directly at the school premises.
1. Fee Payment
All fees paid towards registration, admission, tuition, examination, or any other purpose are governed by the terms communicated at the time of payment. Payments may be made through online gateways, bank transfer, UPI, or in person at the school office.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the payment has been made successfully, it is generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined below:
- If a student withdraws before the academic session begins and before availing any school services, a partial refund may be considered upon formal request.
- Duplicate payments made due to technical error will be refunded after verification.
- If the payment is received in error for an incorrect category or student, a correction or refund will be processed upon valid proof and approval.
3. Cancellation of Admission
If a parent cancels a student’s admission after it has been confirmed, the registration or admission fee will not be refunded under any circumstance. Tuition or term fees may be refunded only if cancellation is made before classes begin, and at the sole discretion of the school management.
4. Mode of Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed through the same mode in which the payment was made (bank transfer/UPI/card). Refunds may take up to 7–15 working days after approval and submission of necessary documentation.
